Overview

Aquatics Management has 20 years experience in all aspects of ornamental and wildlife pond design, installation and maintenance. I attended Sparsholt collage in Hampshire where i gained a distinction in Ornamental Fish and Aquatics Management

As a further development i have worked with experienced River Keepers and gained onsite training in all aspects of local chalk stream river management. This includes river bank maintenance and improvements and in river work such as installations of brush berms and flow deflectors to re-profile stretches of river. 

We specialize in weed cutting on the rivers we maintain to retain water heights, manipulate flows for the benefit of the river to enhance the insect life in the river and encourage fish spawning and create cover for fry.

For many years, I have worked in collaboration with Dean Gregory from Woodland and Countryside Management and we are a proven affective team looking after stretches of river on the Test, Dun and Avon locally to create a balance between the well being of the river and the needs of the fly fishermen who enjoy the exclusive fishing on these rivers.
